He missed all of last off-season and the one before that was a shortened one. Glad to see he is healthy and can finally have a full off season to work on his game.

There's an old saying; "Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect Practice makes perfect." Pascal is a past master at this. The arc of his improvement would tend to demonstrate that his ability to focus is elite. As is the ability of many of the team. When I'm in the gym practicing I find it difficult to focus on any particular skill for more than five minutes at a time without drifting off into something else, or thinking about something else. Mastering focus is probably the preeminent skill that allows these players to surpass others. Genetics will only take you so far. Getting the reps in to master a skill can be deadly boring work, and improvement at the highest level moves into strictly incremental portions. Kudos to Pascal and the rest for holding to their various goals to achieve their targets.
