  • How many wins? Games 1-10

So the first 10 games look to be tough. Any guesses as to how many wins?

    10/19: Chicago
    10/21: Philly
    10/23: @ San Antonio
    10/25: @ Golden State
    10/27: @ LA Lakers
    10/30: @ Portland
    11/01: @ Denver
    11/03: @ Utah
    11/05: Washington
    11/07: Chicago

No B2B's.. lots of road games though.

    10/19: Chicago W
    10/21: Philly W
    10/23: @ San Antonio L
    10/25: @ Golden State L
    10/27: @ LA Lakers W
    10/30: @ Portland W
    11/01: @ Denver L
    11/03: @ Utah W
    11/05: Washington W
    11/07: Chicago W

7-3. A more reasonable guess would be 6-4, with them also dropping one of POR, UTA or WAS, but screw that.

Going with 6-4 with losses to SAS, GSW, Portland and Denver. Denver's always been tough even when they sucked. I really hope we stomp Washington.

I'm not sure Philly and Washington at home will be wins either. Predicting 5-5, but could really be anywhere from 3-7 to 7-3. The Washington, Philly, Utah and Denver games are toss-ups imo.

The whole schedule through to the new year is tough. Lots of road games, including two west coast trips and some tough teams along the way. Still, this is supposed to be a team in the second tier of the league, so, take care of business at home (3 of 4 with that WSH game coming off the trip looking tough) and split up the road trip at worst.

                Third tier.

                Tier 1: Golden State
Tier 2: Spurs, Cavs, Rockets, Thunder
Tier 3: Raptors, Celtics, Wizards, 5-8 in the West.

7-3 with losses to San Antonio, GSW and Utah, although I could easily see us start 6-4 or even 5-5, which would really cause some people to panic

Put me down for 7-3 as well. Screw it, I'll be different and go 8-2.

An 8-2 record after that batch should get some people noticing. Hope you're right!

                            7up and 3 down....
They will still wind up behind Boston in the CBS power rankings though...
The reasoning will be that even though Cleveland beat them by 40 ..the Chowders never lost their poise and Brad Stevens called two good after time out plays...

That game vs Washington when we return homes scares the shit outta me. Thankfully Cowboys-Chiefs game is on at the same time.

                              I'm saying 6-4.
