He's apparently unhappy in Minnesota, not interested in signing an extension, and the Raptors can make an offer that makes sense for both teams. So it's not out of the question.

Cowley, in general, doesn't have a lot of credibility. However, a lot of secondary confirmation has been out there that he's actually pretty close to Butler's people.
