Hopefully we can get some momentum going here before the Rockets game....if Houston beats Milwaukee tomorrow they will come to Toronto on a 17 game winning streak. If Raps win tomorrow they'll have won 6 straight and 13 of 14

Remember when Raps fans invaded the Palace a couple of years ago? would be cool to see that again.

Sounds like Hayes couldn't play in Toronto because his work visa wasn't through. But he can play in Detroit. Might be interesting.

Just wanted to give a tip of the hat to Dan H. He us providing yeoman service with these threads. Nice little run so far. Looking ahead to the Rockets game with OG out, Norm not yet back in a groove, and Kyle showing some ugly effort, I feel that Dan has our back. Great job so far Dan. Thanks for all you do.

This is the best, Raptors are cruising and holding off the 1 seed while the Celts are also balling out. Meanwhile in the west Golden State looks like they will have to win out to make up the half game with the Rockets. And then you have the Pelicans and Blazers fighting it out for third which huge win streaks of their own. What a time to be a fan of the NBA

Huh, looking at the standings, every team in the top 6 in the East won (at least) their most recent game, and every team from 7th to last lost their most recent game. Funny.

And the top four teams in the West are currently on 16, 6, 8 and 9 game win streaks, respectively.

On the flip side, Memphis has surged to the top of the tanking scoreboard with a very impressive 14 game losing streak

Nylon Calculus has an article on offensive style changes and talks about the Raptors:
                        https://fansided.com/2018/03/07/nylo...017-18-season/

Most interesting to me is the chart highlighting the differences between offenses this year and last year:

Here is a chart comparing the Raptors style with the other top offenses this year:

^^ Really interesting stuff. Would be interesting to see what the chart looks like for the starters vs. the bench. I suspect that our bench is playing like the Warriors and the starters are somewhere between the Cavs and our old selves.

Offensive style does not translate to success. Atlanta and Brooklyn both have pretty charts but they both suck as teams. But it's great to see the style change for the Raptors yet still be successful.
