Agree it sucks that with the success the Raptors are achieving, there are far too few negative Raptors articles out there. Thank goodness Kyle is still pissed at Masai.

Whole All Access thing should be in here so that in 5 years when the Raptors are awful again we can look back and remember this moment

    It's not ego.

Just an excellent place to find relevant Raptor content you might not have otherwise known about.

Wow. So Toronto is now the model for other teams to emulate? Almost over the top, but I sure enjoyed reading it.

Great read. Can't think of higher praise than this..
"They have capable players who can step in at every position. They are the answer to the basketball version of the question, “If the black box on an airplane is indestructible, why not build the whole plane out of that material?"

Also, Zach Lowe opened his Friday column with a nice bit about Kyle. I would have chosen the 4th quarter drawn charge as a “signature move” or a heat check pull-up 3, although it’s hard to claim that as “his” when steph, harden, dame, and others do it just as well or better.

The charge is def Kyles signature move. He's been the runaway leader for a half a decade.

Hard to know how much of the increased media attention is Kawhi's free agency and how much is just having Kawhi (top 5 guy), but here's some more front page ESPN: http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/2...rd-summer-2019

This seems like as good a thread as any to shamelessly plug my own stuff, so:

Did a piece on the very, very early statistical outlook of the team - covering Lowry and Leonard's awesome starts and the one big rotation question so far this season.
Great read Dan. Always interested in your takes and you always seem to support your positions with numbers, not emotion.
