Another thing that annoyed me last night was the Derozan long 2 with 10 secs left. wtf was that all about? you're down by 3 dude not 2. It reminds me a lot of the OT loss against Milwaukee where he took a layup instead of giving it to a 3pt shooter with 1 sec left on the clock.
Absolutely dreadful clock management too on the fouls

Who the fuck cares about double double unless you're in Tim Hortons drive thru

Casey and myself care about one thing in crunch time

i'm pretty sure it was a joke dude.

Anyway, we might have done better with JV. we weren't preventing the 3s anyway and we couldn't score as effectively as they were.

Like i said, I would have put JV and Pascal out there together for a stretch and see what happened, since Jakob was obviously out of gas.

Exactly what I was thinking. JV had another good game going before Casey inexplicably bails him to the bench with an easy dbl dbl coming. JV having a huge bonus for double doubles and management not wanting him to hit it is the only thing I can think of.... or Casey just making dumb substitutions again

Ibaka is just useless out there. He is awful. JV continues to be a non factor against the Cavs. And OG just stinks. They didn't get anything from these 3 tonight.

    JV had 15 and 8 with a +6 in 20 minutes while shooting 6/6. I don't see what you're complaining about here.

Should have played him with Siakam.

What are you talking about?! JV had 15 & 8 and +6. What game were u watching?!

JV was 6 for 6 and put up 15-8 in 20 minutes. WTH more do you want? Serge, though....FFS.
Exactly what I was thinking. Irrational hate of a player in spite of the facts is .... irrational.

The NBA has virtually no interest in finding out if its players use PED's.
I don't really know if this is true or not. But if this is true and if therr are NBA players who are on roids and the NBA don't care about it then shouldn't Barry Bonds be in the HOF?

Or we may never find out. He's got a small army of worker bees. His teams of men have their own teams of men. "Lebron James" is more of a company than a person

Raptors actually swept Cleveland in the regular season before but got a major shellacking in the post season.

So I guess the regular season is a wash if you see it glass half full. Lol.

But everyone knows including the mascots that if this team reverts to ISO ball and lackadaisical defense, it’s game over.

Bottom line, we will find out in a few weeks.

Last night's loss puts a little doubt in my head. I'm sure the players feel the same way.

That building is just like the house of horrors for us.
Did you expect to sweep Cleveland in may?

Why is that encouraging? Cavs can't defend for sh*t, so a big offensive night was expected.

What is discouraging is: (1) the defense fell off the cliff last night, (2) Casey couldn't make in-game adjustments or get the substitutions right, (3) one of our all-stars didn't show up, (4) and key role players missed open shots.

Hate to be Skip Bayless, but it does sound like the same old problems we've had against the Cavs the last 2 playoffs.

Let's see Demar go one step further, and ask to guard Lebron.

…”They’re still a hell of a team; you can’t take anything away from them,” Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan said. “They’re still a top team in our conference and in this league. You can’t overlook ’em or underlook ’em — no type of way, no matter what type of changes they make.”
I would expect a different reaction from Derozan...

“This loss was on me, I had a day off and was well rested, no excuse I should have a better game, played defense and not afraid to face one of the greats, we will see him in the playoffs and I will be more prepared”

Not this “ I will kiss your ass routine”
