Casey, asked about Toronto/Detroit rivalry in the NHL, gives Mike Babcock a shoutout and says he hopes it's replicated in NBA. "We want those busses to come down from Canada and we want to send them home unhappy."

Detroit coach Dwane Casey has hired Toronto's DJ Bakker to become his player development coach, league sources tell ESPN. With Sean Sweeney and Bakker, Casey is starting to build out his staff.
— Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) June 24, 2018
According to Raptors' website, DJ Bakker was a Video Coordinator:

Never heard of him before today. Wonder if he was any good?

For instance giving him the ball more could also help increase other players' USG, like JV who DeMar still ignores too often when he's open or has deep post position.

When he gets the ball at half court, I start pulling my hair.

Anyone excited to see the terrifying defensive combo of pascal and OG develop under nurse? With his ability to actually draw up offense that maximizes guys strengths I hope we are able to see these two on the court together more often. A few years from now they will both be capable of switching 1 to 5 I think, which will make life hell for opossing teams offenses.
