Oh boy, we're playing 3 of these teams that you've been trash talking a lot lately, so that means we'll probably drop at least one of them. Kinda like when when you repeatedly said Charlotte sucks and then Jeremy Lamb happened...
The turtle derby plods on tomorrow with 2 teams on 1 game winning streaks and 2 teams on 2 game winning streaks. With nothing much changing 1 through 5 the derby is all that’s left to watch to seasons end in the East.
Raps get the Magic and Brooklyn this week. I hope that in the spirit of sportsmanshipthe Raps field identical lineups for both teams. Not that they are obligated to..but it’s the right thing to do.Last edited by Demographic Shift; Sun Mar 31, 2019, 03:17 PM.There's no such thing as a 2nd round bust.

My man Charlotte does suck. And they suck out loud regardless of a 60 foot heave that misses 999 times out of a thousand. Don’t confuse an outlier outcome with the Hornets overall body of work this year. Charlotte blows.

Atlanta with a win tonight and is now one win behind Dallas. BUT Dallas owes Atlanta a top 5 protected pick. Dallas has the 6th worst record in the NBA and Atlanta is playing very well lately. Keep your eye on this one.
Imagine Atlanta getting two picks in the top 6. That team could be a lot of fun next year.

All four turtles are at the post tonight waiting for the Bell to Ring and both Indy and Boston continue their fight for home court in their now inevitable 1st round matchup in the 4 vs 5 slot.
Detroit who play well at home and not so well on the road are in Indy tonight. The Pistons easily disposed of the both the Magic and the playoff bound Traiblazers in their last two games.. both at home. Will they be able to bring that game on the road. Indy has lost their last 3 ...and 7 of their last 10 and yet are still in it for 4th. They need a win in the worst way.
Miami travels into Boston. The Heat are playing well. They have won their last 2 games and 7 of the last 10. Depending on how things go they could either be tied for 7th or in 9th at the end of the night. The Chowderheads beat Indy by 2 in a nail biter and then dropped one to the desperate Nets the next day missing a chance to put a little space between them and Indy. The Heat will be playing for their season... unsure which version of Boston shows up.
The Nets host the Bucks... Giannas is questionable right now. Why he even plays at all with that tender ankle is only something Coach Bud can answer. The Nets came home after a 2 and 5 road trip took one from Boston. Next up are Bucks and then the Raps. No rest for these guys. Every night is a playoff game.
Orlando brings it Magic act to Toronto tonight. Fresh off a big win in Indy the Magic are still sitting in 9th and looking in. The Magic have won 1 in a row but have won 7 of their last 10. A win in Toronto parlayed against some losses by the other turtles keep the Magic on the doorstep or just inside the door. With only 5 games left not to many at bats left for any of the turtles and every game is the biggest game of the year till the next one. The Raps are close to coast mode. The next few games matter as much as ordering a diet coke with your two big macs and supersized fries. While its pretty unlikely OG plays Unless they use 9 inch bolts to hold him on a chair on the bench its hard not see Siakam not playing again. Rumoured new dad Kawhi Leonard just might suit up as well. No word as of this writing to confirm or deny. How long he plays is anyones guess. They are pros, rotation guys are looking to make statements as to how much PT they could get in the playoffs and they keep score so expect the Raps to show up.
Fearless Predictions.. which I admit have sucked the last couple times out....
INDY - W
Pistons -L
Miami - L
Boston - W
Nets - L
Magic - W
Raps - LLast edited by Demographic Shift; Mon Apr 1, 2019, 04:57 PM.There's no such thing as a 2nd round bust.

Turtle Tussels Tonight Come Up Short !
Piston L...Magic L...Nets L.. Heat L
Even though none of the turtles moved a centimeter today I guess the Pistons and the Nets and the Heat kinda win as its another game off the schedule.. WIth the number of "at bats" starting to dwindle to 5 or so its the Magic who lost biggest ? tonight.
Its a day off for the turtle brigade tomorrow.. They can eat some lettuce or other turtle food and gear it up for Wednesday when all he terrapins of the east engage again.
Detroit gets Indy on the back end of a home and home at home.
The Nets get the Raps in NYC. It just never ends for the Nets...who after getting Boston Milwaukee and Toronto at home. Hit the road to .. Milwaukee.
The Magic head home to Orlando where they should get well as the putrid New York Knicks are visiting.
The Heat too are back home in Florida where the Celtics come to town.
And the race for who can lose the least roars on.

Could be their Rudy Gay trade if done right.

I'm quite surprised.. never thought Leonsis would ever fire Grunfeld. Wizards fans must be ecstatic. Lots of work needed to get that franchise back in order. The new GM should consider trading Wall. That should be their number one priority this summer.

Beal however that dude has some trade value.. So call us in the summer Washington...To be the champs you got to beat the champs
