The Suns playing the Clippers hard tonight. We got no excuses tomorrow

Philly, Bucks and Boston all won last night. Clippers too (in OT). We had a day off in warm weather to prepare. Repeat: we got no excuses tonight.

TORONTO -- Lou Williams scored 26 points, 18 in the final quarter, and the Los Angeles Clippers overcame an 18-point first-quarter deficit to beat the Toronto Raptors 117-106. Tobias Harris scored 20 points, Montrezl Harrell had 19 points and Milos Teodosic 15 for the Clippers. Jonas Valanciunas had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Raptors. Fred VanVleet scored 16 points, Pascal Siakam had 15, and Serge Ibaka 12.

    Bits and Pieces
    • The Toronto Raptors begin a four-game Western Conference road trip; Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday, Golden State (Dec.12), Portland (Dec. 14) and Denver (Dec. 16).

    • Toronto enters Tuesday’s game with an NBA-best 21-7 (.750) record. The most wins the Raptors have recorded through the first 30 games of the season is 23 during the 2014-15 campaign.

    • The Raptors have played five back-to-backs through the first eight weeks of the 2018-19 campaign, with a 3-2 record on the first night and a perfect 5-0 on the second night. Toronto will travel to Golden State to face the Warriors in a nationally televised ESPN game Wednesday night.

    • Kawhi Leonard has played in a season-high nine consecutive games (Nov. 23-Dec. 9)

    • Kawhi Leonard has scored 20-or-more points in a season high-tying six consecutive games (Nov. 29 - Dec. 9). Leonard is averaging 31.0 points and is shooting .520 (66-127) from the field and .462 (18-39) from three-point range during this stretch.

    • Kyle Lowry’s next double-double will be his 100th in a Raptors uniform.

    • Jonas Valanciunas needs one block to tie Amir Johnson (480) for second on the Raptors’ all-time blocks list.

    • The Raptors’ unit of Danny Green, Serge Ibaka, Kawhi Leonard, Kyle Lowry and Pascal Siakam has played the second-most minutes together this season by any group of five teammates; they have outscored opponents by 71 points in 293 minutes, the highest plus-minus rating for any group of five teammates in the NBA.

    • Toronto has won 17 straight games when holding opponents to less than 100 points, the second-longest streak in team history.

    • Friday’s game vs. Miami will mark the first time Air Canada Centre has been sold-out for the first 20 home games to start a season. The Raptors have sold out 58 consecutive games overall (including playoffs) since Nov. 11, 2014 – the longest streak of consecutive sell outs in team history.

    GO RAPS!!

No doubt, Raptors will go out with guns blazing. Kyle spewing fire off his arse lol.

Seriously though, Clippers are overrated. Harrell is playing with his heart out why they are winning games they shouldn’t. Neutralizing by boxing him out is the way to go. Kawhi will help out with the boards. I can already see Kyle laying his body on the line to get those 50/50 balls. Kawhi will shut down Gallo, book it.

Warmer climate considering where the team departed will change the Temperature. Lowry is due.
