He called time out, because he is the best coach to ever coach in the NBA. His timing is ruthless. He will start running other scenmes now and getting other guys into the game. He's a true Basketball coach.

At some point, Nurse needs to put in more structure around the offense. To play at a championship level, players need to be fully in sync with each other with precise timing. Otherwise, this offense looks a lot like Drew League or some really high-end streetball.
