Question if anyone here is into working out/ nutrition and has time to answer. This girl im seein is normal above waist but she has big legs. Weve both agreed to workin out and diet. Now if she for example does lots of stationary bike will that just create massive muscular legs 😳 or as long as diet is low fat/carbs should be fine killin the stationary bike? Thanks!
