I thought the fallout with Dalembert culminated in Europe, when Leo sent him packing? No?

Sorry to take so long to respond. I'm not sure when things formally "went down," but it was clear in Hamilton during their two exhibition games that summer. In the first game, Dalembert played well enough (though he didn't stand out in particular, despite his credentials). In the second game, he was absent from the warmup, appeared on the court just in time for tipoff, then was missing from the gym again for the entirety of the second half. All the while, there was clear tension in the room, and both Leo and Sam looked pretty cranky, despite the generally dominant play by the team up to that point.

I have talked with a reliable source in a Raptors organisation called "FAT MAN" that said the big news was that Pizza Pizza lease is about to expire and they are thinking of switching it to Pizza Hut instead.

The deal was supposed to occur on monday but because of team Italy playing that day the "FAT MAN" decided to take the day off and watch the game all while eating a big calzone and meatball pasta.

Lips are pretty tightly sealed as to what that deal is?

People are speculating about NO, Philly, and Sacto as possible trade partners, but there are some other players in this. One source told me last night that San Antonio has shown a strong interest in both the #13 pick and Turk and would be willing to take Turk's contract to make it happen. Like wise Denver apparently is talking about trying to get into the lottery and are offering Ty Lawson as incentive.

So Monday and Tuesday has now morphed into very soon.

Next morph will be sometime before draft

One source told me last night that San Antonio has shown a strong interest in both the #13 pick and Turk and would be willing to take Turk's contract to make it happen. Like wise Denver apparently is talking about trying to get into the lottery and are offering Ty Lawson as incentive.

Except by virtue of the giant pile of dung that RJ dropped this year I have trouble seeing where a Raptors-Spurs trade could happen. In regards to RJ: only one year left on that deal and his contract is for $15 million (as opposed to $9.8 for Turk) - so again, hard to where/how/why this happens.

Denver can do better than the #13 with Lawson. Indiana will drop the #10 in a heartbeat to get Lawson (imo).

NBA head office may be quelching the trade until play-offs are over - keep the eyes on the finals kind of thing.
