Numbers as a starter. His numbers as a starter were clearly better than coming off of the bench.

    GS------5
    MPG--32:42
    PPG---17.8
    FG%-- 69.6%
    FT%---84.6%
    RPG---6.0
    APG---1.8
FPG---3.6 - about 4.0 per 36 minutes vs about 6.4 per 36 min coming off the bench.

I love the potential upside he brings to the table with Sonny Weems, and Demar and maybe even Ed Davis. What he brings is what we've needed and it's not his personal game play but his lack of ego. When I say this I mean, his drive to build a team between the "young gunz." They want to play together they want to train together, and they damn well want to get better together. As a franchise we have never seen that, will they all grow to be All-Stars? I doubt it but the movement they have started is the direction we need to attract younger players to play here.

If Demar grows to be an All-Star (which believe me he will), this will be his supporting cast he asks to play with, his "core." This is all I want from Amir the potential he brings is worth the money he is getting.

I think Jack will get better playing with all these guys as he has made it clear he is going to summer league and training with these guys to work well together. We need this collectiveness!
