Ok, I laughed. But, ya know ... I don’t even care how not-good we are for this year. I’m just glad that the Bosh free agent crap-show is OVER. So for this upcoming year, show me some hustle and improvement from the young gu ... guys and maybe a bit of Bargnani deciding that he can bang (and/or do whatever else he does) with the best of them and do it for more than one game in a row ... and let’s maybe be surprised by Kleiza showing that he’s better than some are thinking he’ll be - not that unrealistic a hope (I’m liking to hope), considering how well it sounds he did in the Euro-league last year ... and ... maybe see an overall positive effect from having Carlesimo on the sideline helping Jay out ... who maybe decides (ya, a lot of ‘maybes’) that this is the year he’s gonna show just how good a coach he can be ... and ... like that. Too optimistic by half, probably, yes, but ... I don’t care right now. Onward and upward ... baby! (Lol.) That’s what I’m goin’ with for the moment. It’s a new day.

I guess we should support the "big 3" in Miami, right? Those dudes get red carpet treatment, boast about how much of a "family" the organization is, etc. We do it, and our "fans" drag it thru the mud. Insane.

I don't have high expectations this year. All I hope for is some team unity, hustle and heart all left on the floor for all the games. There shouldn't be a lot of pressure this year because no one will expect them to get as high as 12th in the conference. :P

Hey, I love the attitude the players have coming into the season. It's great to see. I can't wait to see them play together as a team. But none of them are great players (right now).

We're not going to be NJ or Minny terrible, but with the overall improvement of our defense and the young players getting anywhere between 30-40 is definitely possible. Anything higher would be great but it's a long shot.

But what I think Charles is saying is that a team with around 30-40 wins sucks.

Barkley has it right but hey, if you enter the season with that mind set and they play the kids heavily then it's something that can be stomached. DeRozan, Weems, Davis, Bargnani and Johnson better all get big time minutes.

Charles is correct. Assuming no more trades and we have this team to start the season, we are at best a 15 win team this season. This team has no chemistry and players are disconnected from one another. There is no leadership and no veteran presence in the locker room.

I hope BC and Triano show some balls and commitment to this club and actually play the young guys and let them gain some experience.
Lets make this season as a first step to rebuilding this team.
