Last year, for his 1st full year as a head coach he ended up with the won- lost record around where most of us anticipated at the beginning of the year.

You have to think he's learned from his mistakes.

Let's see how the overall development of the team goes especially the youth movement.

Again to start the season he has a lot of new faces that have to get used to each other.

Most of us think the Raps will be fortunate to win over thirty five games. If they win over that will Triano get some credit for his role?
    Didn't BC predict 50 wins?

Last year was his second year on the job- no sugar coating partner, he took over for Sam 17 games in at 8-9 and has done no better than Sam despite having better roster talent at his disposal than Sam ever did. Jay is going on year 3 in charge as the Raptor's HC- no playoffs, still under .500.

Already making excuses for Jay with the "new faces" & "youth movement" comments I see.

BC & Jay get credit for instilling a no accountability, lazzie-faire attitude around the Raptors. They both have to go!!!

I don't think he should get fired. It's not like we're looking to contend and he's going to screw something up. Unlike last year, he's going to come in loose and let the players play. If we suck, oh well, as long as the effort's consistent he's fine.

triano hasnt had enough time... it would be unfair to fire him when he has been given so many new players every year...

look at mike woodson of the hawks, it took him a good 2-3 years before the team was good.
