I would hold out on using the TPE until the trade deadline unless something that can significantly improve the Raptors and not just sticking on a bandage. At the trade deadline there will be teams that are desperately trying to shed cap space for a lost cause. Then again, the longer you wait the less options you may have and waiting is a really big gamble.
