calderon or jack (calderon hopefully) for prince swap would be glorious. he'd be a great defender for DD to learn from and we could probably resign him at a decent price for another 2-3 years. i'd be all for it, but of course it's not going to happen.

1. He is way too slow to run anymore. He has been playing walk up the court basketball for at least the last five years.
2. If people think Bosh held the ball a long time before doing something productive with it they should watch Prince play
3. Prince can't effectively guard anyone who weighs over 230-235 pounds

How many games have you seen Prince play over the last five years?
Unless you live in MI I doubt that it was anywhere near as many as I have seen.
Career Averages per 36 min - Kleiza on left and Prince on right

I never said that the trade makes sense from a Pistons perspective.
I said I would make the trade, of course from a Raptors perspective
Wouldn't you?Avatar: Riverboat Coffee House 134 Yorkville Ave. billboard of upcoming entertainers - Circa 1960s

interesting, i am with you on not really wanting prince and seeing kleiza has been better that just makes it look worse for prince and it makes the kleiza signing look good. since there are a lot of prince lovers here.If Your Uncle Jack Helped You Off An Elephant, Would You Help Your Uncle Jack Off An Elephant?

T-Mac Adds To Rumors
The source said that McGrady agreed without conditions to play behind starters Rip Hamilton and Tayshawn Prince next season, though it's likely that Detroit will move either Hamilton or Prince before the start of next season.

i actually used to live in michigan and went to wayne state university from 2003... i have seen about 60+ regular season games and all of the playoffs for the pistons since 2003.
your comparison is unfair b/c detroit plays at a very slow pace, and they emphasize defense while denver played run and gun and no one cared about defense.
why dont you mention the D prince played against kobe in 2004 when the pistons won the title... or the d he played against LBJ, when the pistons beat the cavs in the conference finals in 2005.
prince was a starter who played over 40 mins per game in the playoffs for all 6 years where the pistons made it the conference finals... hez only 30... so now all of a sudden his game is gone ? come on
prince also played 35+ mins a game for all 82 games for 6 straight seasons...
buddah, your posts are interesting but you have recently developed a habit of pulling stats that only reflect your arguemnt...
honestly, do you really think a knowledgeable person about the nba, should even waste their time arguing how prince is 100 times better than kleiza ?Last edited by vinnie_paz; Tue Aug 10, 2010, 07:23 PM.
