Mango, this thread is about how Demar and Sonny are not starters yet and cost us wins. It is not about Andrea. Andrea was not getting exposed by Josh Smith the way Demar was getting OWNED by ATL.
Josh Smith had a triple double and Andrea was matched up on him. I'd say Andrea was getting plenty exposed, brother.

I disagree. Alot of times he wasnt even matched up with AB as he was on the bench.

        Stop biting my styles bro

YOU are not only a hater of the Raptors, you are clearly a hater of YOURSELF. Go look in the mirror, cry a little, you will feel better after when you realize some things......then go here www.miamiheat.com and dont come back
If I was to actually bite your styles, I'd be gargling a certain 7 foot Italian's nuts in my mouth, without even being paid for it. You claim no one is allowed to hate on a Raptor player, mainly Bargnanci, or they are considered traitors and yadda yadda. Yet here you are, creating a thread criticizing a couple RAPTORS in what is basically their second season playing in the league(Yes Sonny was in the league 2 years ago but basically never played). What did your boy do in his second season? Oh shoot, he actually regressed...

Good riddance to your and your lame ass threads!

"Capable"? Depends what you mean by that. Three 3pt. shooters at all times?...if it's a jump shooting team you want. Most good teams rely on 1 good one and 2 if they are lucky. 1 is good enough to spread the floor and provide another look for your offense. You do know what happens with 3pt. shooters....they live on the arc (like Bargs used to)...which means very little midrange/short game, offensive rebounding and going to the rim for FTs. Such players in abundance on the floor at the same time also makes for a very soft team on defense and more importantly will NEVER win in the playoffs. Opposing defenses will see to it.
A capable three point shooter I imagine would mean someone who can't be left open and therefore must be covered by opposing defenders. This a huge part of the game and the fact is most good teams rely on three or more shooters. Look at the Celtics, Lakers and Spurs. The old Bulls, Pacers, Jazz and Pistons. Not one championship team played without at least three players that were plenty capable of hitting an open three.

Also, not all three point shooters are soft and live on the arc. To say "such players" couldn't succeed in the playoffs? Who are these "such players" you speak of and who is putting them on the same team? Has any coach EVER put out three, 3-point specialist type players like Kerr, Curry, Rice, Kapono, etc on the floor all at once, or even on the same team? Not that I can recall. You are arguing something that no coach or team would ever do anyway. Kind of pointless.

Shooters spread the floor and open up opportunities in the half court offense and this makes life difficult for opposing defenses. Good teams have three or more capable 3-point shooters, usually on the floor at the same time.

Some say "it's ok he sucks cuz he's young". For those Raptors fans that want to see wins, not a bunch of D-league all stars being touted as something more than they are, that is BS. We want wins people. Hate to say it, but Demar, Sonny, Amir, they are never going to be All Stars. We have more capable 2s and 3s who can start games and perhaps allow us to win a few games.
And so for most of Bargnani's career your wanted him benched as well? Some might say you could also make the generalization that you can't win games with a center who struggles on defense and can't rebound.

Sorry, but I have to ask: is the concept of a troll foreign to the RR?

You disagree? You had to have watched the game. Dorsey was on Horford. Andrea was on Smith. Smith played 37 minutes. Andrea played 35. Come on, just admit that Andrea got torched as well. We all saw it with our own eyes. Everyone wearing white on that court played poorly Sunday afternoon.
