Jose is Back!

Jose is playing much better and seems to be back in the form he was in a few years ago. Once Jack has left he has been playing much more confidently and has taken a larger role controlling both ends of the court.

Today is another great example with 15 points and 11 assists. He was pushing the ball down the court and running the offence efficiently.

Currently Jose is 5th in the NBA in assists per 48 minutes with 12.6. Also Jose is 3rd in the NBA in Assists per Turnover ration with 3.97.

What does everyone think? Should the Raps look at trading him while he is hot?

Jose has career averages of 9.8 ppg and 6.6 ast. Pretty decent numbers for a guy who is a middle of the pack pg. He's been doing well lately but I've got the feeling it's more of a flash of brilliance rather consistancy. Jose is a good shooter so if he's hot, he can light it up. If his shots don't fall, he generally won't find other ways to score.
