I was surprised how nervous he was.

Pretty funny when asked who his favourite player growing up - Euro or NBA - was..... Enes Kanter.

Thanks for the link Matt, it was nice to watch.

It was more like a joke, since Kanter was sitting in front next to him.

I know which is why it was funny. I forget who mentioned it elsewhere in the show but they talked about his personality being a big plus.

He seemed pretty awestruck when the big man coach told him he worked with Pau Gasol. Nice moment.

Thanks, RF4L. I was looking for it on YouTube to post but no dice.

Surprising to hear that Colangelo was fishing for a 2nd round pick to draft Cory Joseph. I know he's Canadian and all, but I just don't see a player worth selecting.

Yeah, I was surprised by that as well.

Lets hope he puts as much work - if not more - and is successful in finding a draft pick for Kabongo this year.

The UNC game was awful for just about the entire team.

The Rival rankings are up to December 1st. He was starting to put some good games together at the end of November. He had a very good December until that UNC game. The team was 2-2 before they stopped running everything exclusively through Brown and were on a 7 game win streak prior to the UNC game. Personally, I would put the comments from Barnes in the context of a coach calling out his player in an attempt to make him play to his ability and being disappointed that he is not playing to his ability.

In those December 1st Rivals rankings, of the players ahead of Kabongo there are 1 freshman (Teague), 3 sophmores, 2 juniors, and 7 seniors. The fact they had Teague ranked higher than him calls in to question the rankings when he had 24 assists and 20 turnovers through his games in November (take away the 8 assist and 0 turnover game on November 26 and the totals become 16 ast and 20 to).

Here are Kabongo's game by game stats thus far:
                            http://espn.go.com/mens-college-bask...7/myck-kabongo

Texas has a good stretch of games coming up Jan. 14-Jan. 30 where they play 5 of 6 games versus top 25 teams.
                            http://espn.go.com/mens-college-bask...exas-longhorns

DraftExpress has Kabongo going 26 (the only other PG in the first round is Marshall at 17).
NBADraft has Kabongo going 17 (the only other 2 PG's in the first round are Marshall at 14 and Teague at 17).

That smug as hell smirk on Boogie's face as the Cavs took TT... amazing. This was really, really well done. Makes me want Val here now. I wanted him over Irving too. The team coming over to the war room was great too, they've got their heads on right. Bayless looked really relieved too lol.
