I knew we needed to wear them because all Chinese and asians were wearing them and I trusted them more. But they manipulated media in beginning because they didn't have enough masks.
Keon is right in that the way they needed to be avoid big slogans and treat people like adults. You can still be a carrier and you can still get sick. But this vaccine gives your body more chance to combat the disease and symptoms are way milder. And alternative is worse. But that's not a slogan that gets people behind it. And I blame current culture in the world for it.
The majority of us, did what we thought was best, but now it coming to roost and those in charge are acting like it our fault. Nope you made false promises. The tide is going to turn quick on them. Regular everyday people have had enough and trust is at an all time low. Think this is the last time people will respect these mandates and lockdown IMO. I dont expect and political leader regardless of being left or right to survive once this is all said and done. Thats why Truduea and Horgan and others were opportunistic and called elections when they did. They know their days are number and they fumbled the messaging on this from the startTo be the champs you got to beat the champs

That's why this shit is so confusing. Westbrick was placed in protocols the other day but he played for the Lakers the following day. I'm guessing he returned with 2 negative tests in 24 hours? so if you don't return 2 negative tests in 24 hours that means you're positive? so that means Banton, Trent and Siakam all tested positive? To be the champs you got to beat the champs

Yep. This was the key mistake. Everyone in charge really banked on speaking in simple stick and carrot to a general public. And it is really going to bite them in the ass now. They are 2 polar ends (those who hate vaccines and dont trust gov and those who dont actually mind being locked up in there house and want more restrictions and ever turn). Those 2 actually make up a really small minority of the population.

Yeah, there is that as well. But I think part of the problem is that they are not technically allowed to export some of the ingredients they use in their vaccine (and again that comes from the US and European goverments).
Anyway the projection is the world won't get vaccinated until 2023:
https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-021-01762-w
So another 2 years of this sh!t (at least).
This study has me hopeful we can get back to normal sometime relatively soon though, at least for those who are vaxxed and get a breakthrough infection.
https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/loca...finds/2711209/
A study, which was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, revealed antibodies in blood samples of those with breakthrough infections were as much as 1,000% times more effective than those generated two weeks following the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

I don't know.. I saw a poll the other day on a day time television show (might have been breakfast television).. and 84% of the people would get a booster, and were okay with more lockdowns. Was caught off by surprise by that. But it could have also been the demographic watching that show that was more like that 1 extreme you talked about.
I can hear it more and more in daily life, people who were fine getting vaccinated and lockdowns and mask manadates. Saying well i followed the rules for 2 years, now i still cant do anything and the people in charge are acting like its my fault? why did i even bother getting vaccinated if things wern't going to change. I did everything i could and now once again 1 week before christmas they are telling me my Aunt and Uncle i havent seen for 2 years cant come over to my house for 3 hours? To be the champs you got to beat the champs

Yeah I agree. Just postpone all of our games until January. Everyone should be out of protocol by then.9 time first team all-RR, First Ballot Hall of Forum

Just copy what the NFL did. If you're vaxxed and not showing symptoms you do not get tested.

Yeah that's one way.. I think the NBA wants to appear to be doing more since covid is a political issue. The NFL is heading towards their playoffs. NBA is still pretty early in their schedule.
Silver is soooooo stupid.
Oh and recall Dragic.
Why is he getting paid just sitting his lazy ass in his comfy chair?
