Scottie and Precious are on rookie scale contracts. That's why they make less. They are getting more minutes than Thad. Scottie is starting every game. Management wants to win and develop but ultimately they are not contenders so both are needed.
So what is Udoka going to do that Nurse isn't? Play Scottie more than he is now? He's already playing a lot.
Bench Fred? That's not happening if he's back no matter who the coach is. Masai wouldn't allow it.. not since he's going to command about 25% of the cap or more. Otherwise it would be easier to just not bring him back.
Scottie doesn't need to play more, he just needs to be put in the more appropriate role.
Your arguments are hilariously extreme, bench Fred, wtf is that. Lol

No dude. This whole thing started with Udoka for Nurse rumors. What are you on? It's all relative. I'm not arguing to get rid of coaches. I'm saying it won't affect the final result

Development is decided by management not coaching. Scottie for example is still getting over 35 minutes a game as a starter. The Raptors organization wants to feature him and so the coach is.
If you want real development look at the front office, not the head coach. He has to play Fred and Pascal and OG because they get paid the most. He has to play Scottie because the organization wants to pump him up. They have to play Poeltl since they gave up stuff for him at the deadline. It's why WIll fricken Barton gets minutes because we promised those to him when we signed him as a buyout.
It's the NBA. He's doing what he has to do.
Ben Simmons got benched by the Nets and he's the highest paid player on the team and they traded a ton to get him.
You're just wrong here man.

How do you define "most"? Mavs were definitely more talented than the Heat.. especially since Lebron had his worst series ever that year.
If there are a handful of teams that have similar rosters and stars on them, then it will be a random team that wins.. and the coach won't decide the series ultimately. Otherwise guys like Vogel or Rivers wouldn't have rings.
Unpack that for me.
Lebron has a bad series because the Mavs made adjustments to limit him and now Lebron isn't talented and the Mavs are more talented?
Go roster by roster and explain how that Mavs team was more talented than Big 3 Heat.
It's considered one of the greatest upsets in NBA history for good reason.
