He wasn't a Lakers fan, he was a Philly fan growing up. Just a little different.

Love predisposed Raptor fans almost genetic move to the negative view... Self flagellation for the devout.....
Tavares is but a single outlier.. and not reflective of the usual outcomes. .

      Steve Stamkos
      Wayne Gretzky
      Rick Nash
      Drew Doughty

      The beat goes on....

Kwactus was a philly fan ?
Cuz Tavares.. who played for the Marlies in the G was pretty likely a fan of the Leafs...

Have faith... the smart move is to come back to Toronto.. the emotional one is another vector ...

I'm not sure this is entirely correct. We know a few things.

We know that he hasn't made his mind up or he would have made a public commitment and he would not be continuing to meet with teams, etc. We also know that anyone claiming to know what his decision will be is full of crap. We also know that this is a big story and the media are looking for information and since none of that information comes out of Toronto (Raps don't talk out of school) it is all coming from LA and so there is a bias in all the reporting. We also know that the interested third parties have a lot to gain from him going to LA and nothing to gain from him going to Toronto.

                Weigh the reporting accordingly.

Doesn't strike me as the guy who would come to LA for publicity, bi$%ches, and Lebron so it's either Raptors or Clippers. Probably will find out tomorrow.

Cris Carter is the only media guy out there who talks directly to Uncle Dennis, so he's somewhat more credible. He even reported, correctly, that Kawhi had no interest in coming to Toronto initially (which Uncle Dennis confirmed).

The fact that Uncle Dennis appears to love Masai like a brother is what should give us all hope. If it was his decision, I'm pretty sure Kawhi would be signing here long-term. Masai will get the last at-bat.... and you never bet against Masai.

What a plot twist. Its uncle Dennis that is full team Canada and we hope Kawhi listens to this sage and kind man.

last August we hoped the corrupt and sinister uncle Dennis wouldn't poison things

Just curious is Uncle Dennis his official agent (Kawhi's)?

                            Kawhi has a separate agent.
