  • Carter Takes Shoulder To Head

I don't know why, but I always take great pleasure when hearing Vince was rolling around on the floor wincing after yet another injury. Is there anyone more dramatic? Excluding Paul Pierce that is.

Vince Carter took a shoulder to the head during Orlando's 117-92 win over Milwaukee on Wednesday night.

Carter took the hit from Ersan Ilyasova. He hit the floor hard and rolled around on the floor as he winced in pain.

About three minutes after taking the hit, Carter got up.

"I felt real dizzy, so I wanted to just lay there for a second and let everything get back together," Carter said. "Next thing you know, everything was lined up correctly."

Carter never exited the game and ended up scoring 25 points at Amway Arena.

Unless you want to really really see it and share it, you can buy the NBA broadband package, upload the whole game replays, FRAPS it, and share with all of us on youtube

Pooah Vincy....was mamma there after the game with the chicken soup?

I take it he got bounced trying to go inside. I read last week where Van Gundy expressed publically the need for Vince to take the ball to the rim a bit more. Now where have we heard that before! ?After this I gather he shall be reverting to the jumpshot as his preferred mo.
