saw JV today from close, well the pictures aren't optical illusion. He's definetly way bigger, especially when you see him from side, his chest is biggest improvement. I believe that's most important muscle group for centers if you want not to be pushed around.

On NYE I shared a piss with Jonas. Had a great conversation in the Mens room at Jacobs. First and foremost, he is a good guy, humble, and pretty much a normal kid. He considered coming and having a drink with us but he didn't wanna leave his parents alone....solid.

The last thing I talked to him about was getting fit. I asked if he liked working out, he said he did. I ten told him that if he continued on the weghts hard, he would be a superstar in the NBA because nobody would be able to bang with him.
