Last year towards the end of the season he averaged 16&11

It's a shame that he doesn't realize that. There aren't many third year bigs on a good team that get the touches he gets. (Talking out of my ass kinda because I'm too lazy to look up the stats but I can't think of any off the top of my head)

If he realized he wasn't owed anything and just went out and tried to make the most of the minutes that he got he could still be at about 15&10 at least.
