Picked July 29th as when Berta can officially start if he wants to, as that is the week of the draft. Not sure I want the selections to start now, but wanted to get the times in peoples minds.

Are we going to allow draftees to pick ahead of someone that missed their window like last year? So that the draft keeps rolling along properly? I have a strange feeling that when I pick 16th at least one or two picks will end up not being selected in their window before mine opens up.
