Planet Mars is swapping the #16 pick along with Onyeka Okongwu for the #13 pick in the 2024 RR Fantasy Rookie Draft. Apollo will move down in this draft but pick up the young up and coming center from the Atlanta Hawks who is on a 3 year deal.

I’m holding out hope that my guy is still there at #16 but if he’s not, this was still a good trade because I have a plan b. About plan c though, #16 is on the block. I’m open to trading back into 2025 or 2026 draft or taking a useful player.

I really needed a shot blocker and suspected he'd be gone by 16. Plus playing under Spo will hopefully pan out well for me. Only issue might be playing time as Bam is going to get the most minutes there at the 5. But Miami will find a way to use him a lot I hope.

They didn't draft him with one their few draft picks between now and the end of time to sit him on the bench and open shopping centres.
Think he follows the same trajectory as Clingan with 3 to 5 minutes between 1 and 2nd quarter and 3rd and 4h to start..

Lots of uncertainty in Nawlins ...McCollum is older now... Ingram is on and off the trade block.... and the big wild card is the Mike Trout of basketball in Zion Williamson. ... If he can't go Missi should play quite a bit in his first year.

I would like Missi more if he had a PnR lob passing partner at PG, but at this stage in the draft, he felt like a better option for me than one of the more long range forecast options. And like you said, New Orleans is a weird team that could blow up half the roster by Xmas. If Zion gets hurt again, I guess they sell off vets and tank for a stronger 2025 draft class.
