Adrien Peterson and Jamaal Charles both have been released by their teams (Vikings and Chiefs). These were two of the best not that long ago. RB has the shortest shelf life in sports.

The Packers are in desperate need of a RB. Starks has been cut and Lacy should be kicked to the curb. I hope they pursue both but of course I'd rather AP because they can then stick it to the Vikings next season and he's the better player... AP getting cut was about the money due to his age. I also want them to go after Latavius Murray who is also going to hit the open market.
