I don't think this would ever work. Indiana does get rid of Ford, and get an actual pure point guard which they want. But would they want Calderon? And I don't think that they would be willing to give up Hibbert just to get rid of Ford. Indiana could like this trade. On the other hand, Charlotte would NEVER accept this trade. Give up one of your best players for Ford? No way. HAHA. But for us, Diaw AND Hibbert, that would definitely put us in a 45 win position. Maybe even 50. Just imagine, Jack/Banks - DD/Weems - Diaw/Weems - Bargnani/Johnson/Davis - Hibbert/Johnson/Bargnani. We would have great depth too, but this trade is sadly impossible.
