Upgrading to vBulletin 5

The bug when it has happened to me has shown a clearly active thread in plain lettering (indicating all posts have been read), not bolded like it should be, and when clicking on the "latest unread post" arrow in front of the thread title, has taken me to a post well before the posts I had already read.

Re-creating may be difficult, as most of the time this bug doesn't appear. It's only happened to me three times since the switchover.

It's happening again today on the knicks game thread. It says no new posts no matter, and when you click on last post it takes you to page 6/10

this is at least the 4th time it's happened, all game threads.

Regarding the unread post issue, it appears there might be a fix in the next release of vBulletin which just came out. Will upgrade and see if that fixes it.

Hi Doc. Happening with game thread now. Here are two practically simultaneous screenshots from the forum view (which shows unread posts for me in Everything Raptors, and a "newest post" by SR at 8 PM), and from the view of the threads within Everything Raptors (which shows no unread posts, and shows a different last post, one from yesterday).

OK, just finished upgrading. Hopefully this resolves it. You may need to clear your cache (but really you shouldn't have to).

When using dark mode you can't see the name of the person who's liked a post cause it disappears into the black background...

In the event that you guys never fix the likes back to the way every user preferred them, where all can openly and readily see the names of people liking a post listed at the bottom, (which really enhanced the culture here), can you switch the text colour so that it's grey instead of black? The other writing in the box that says "Raptors Republic hall of famer" or whatever is grey, so it seems like it should be possible?

There used to be a function that allowed you to look at the most recent posts regradless of thread. Does that still exist ?

In the Everything Raptors sub forum, it shows the last post as Golden's at 9:04am EST. That's not the last post.

So this bug has traveled to non-game day threads as well.
