Can't see a way for the Raps to get around the rules re: Orlando. Even when teams come up with ways around stuff the league office has the ability to call it circumvention and rescind any trade.
Also. Powell can't be traded.
Also, yes, if VC gets waived I wouldn't be shocked at him being added as depth shooting near the end of the season.

Could be a really nice get as our backup 2-guard in the playoffs. Would only play like 15mpg or so, but could thrive with the added playoff breaks.

....and wouldnt it be a cool story if he shoots the winning 3 to bring us to the ECF?! LOL that would make a good full circle documentary.
Or even better, if we get 1st seed, we face philly if they get 8th seed.
This is going to be fun if VC comes back lolLast edited by Spark; Mon Feb 5, 2018, 10:16 AM.

These are the best clutch shooters in NBA history

No. 10: Vince Carter
Career years: 1998-Present
Team(s): Toronto Raptors, New Jersey Nets, Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, Memphis Grizzlies
There’s a reason everybody went wild for Vince Carter, especially in his early days with the Raptors. He was way more than a spectacular dunker; he was a late-game specialist, hitting a ton of game-winners for a young team on the rise. While his mid-career injuries and travels around the league tempered his reputation a bit, we saw in last year’s playoffs that Vinsanity is still more than capable of getting it done with the game on the line.
