No they don't. It was pre-set-up before all the series(es) began. Winner of 1v8 plays winner of 4v5. We were destined to play Cavs or Pacers no matter what.

I think the Raptors will be willing to pay the tax to keep Fred. That said they'll probably also want to ship out Norm and will probably have to include a 2nd rounder as a sweetener I'm guessing (which would be a good trade for any rebuilding team to take.)
