I'll give him the benefit of the doubt since he's just come back from injury. But yes, this is not the best time for him to struggle with JV out. He needs to find his touch again. But at the same time he isn't taking those mid range shots like he was when Kyle was playing. He's deadly from that range.

Even when lowry isn't shooting the ball well the offence just runs so much better with him in the game. Same thing with JV. And you also so how well JV is able to neutralize bigger centres because most of the bigger centres that have gone off on us recently have never gone off on us that much in the past. Or even earlier this season

ya freds go to is take it to wing pass to serge at 3 pt line then run back and pick the ball up again. gets no advantage. d doesnt have to move and wastes 10 seconds of the shot clock. then he still has to create something with 14 secs on shot clock. hes not even using serge as a screener to get space when he gets the ball back....

Yea of course but even if he goes down to like 50 something percent it's still pretty good. Also he's barely had a chance to take that shot since Lowry's been out. So who knows if he's cooled down or not really? Fred is just bad at finding the big man in the pick n roll

I've been pointing out cracks in this team for a while and they get routinely dismissed. We've already lost grip on the #1 seed. We look bad every time we play a strong team. We can't win games without Lowry.
