Yeah, he was willing to trade JV for any player over 6-8 with a pulse, just to end the criticism of Casey.

      • So Luka Doncic scores what seems to be the last 15 points in a row..including the game winning 3 to beat Minny in Minny...

Wonder how Atlanta feels now...unless they get one of Barrett or Williamson using the Dallas pick..
Maybe this is the guy that takes the NBA out of their NHL phase that believes Europeans weren’t all that good

A good and expected win tonight.....and on to what will be a tough game in DC against the Wall-less Whiz who without that anchor in their pockets have as good a shot as any of those teams outside the big 5 of making the playoffs...
Have they been playing well or something?

                  • Giannis was not out just for a rest day, it's hip and knee issues.

Bucks lose to the terrible Wiz and 76ers lose to the lowly Hawks but the Rockets win large again over Cleveland as Harden is amazing and GSW destroys the Bulls. Hello NBA .....

Weve both agreed to workin out and diet. Now if she for example does lots of stationary bike will that just create massive muscular legs 😳 or as long as diet is low fat/carbs should be fine killin the stationary bike? Thanks!

I believe all of these statistical questions are directed to DanH. Take it away Dan.

Should be fine. Those cyclists you see with massive tree trunk legs don't get that just cycling, they do lots of leg-intensive weight training. Just think calories in, calories out (CICO, in fitness talk). Fewer calories in through diet choices, more calories out through exercise. Pick the calorie burning exercise that makes the most sense for your lifestyle... it's not like you need to exercise the legs specifically to burn leg fat. if you don't have much time, skip cycling and do something really intensive to burn more faster. If just getting on the bike for a while watching TV or listening to audio makes sense for you, do that.
