Mad Scientist needs to get back in the lab.
Nurse is no mad scientist. The play to end the 1st OT was beyond dumb. Just fucking give the ball to Kawhi, it's not that hard OR set up a play for Green.

Ibaka - 41 minutes, 4 rebounds. And he's your starting center.
That is why some fans here started looking at JV in a fair way.

      • Lowry was never going to make value for that contract after he got it. It was for what he did before it.

He knows how to win, he can lead, and on balance his back is bad, he's slowing down, and his shooting is falling off.

Not many options at his position on the market or that match salaries without blowing everything up.

          Pascal stole all his rebounds

We did get two easy buckets out of the last time out though. Kawhi bucket and Lowry fouled?

Hopefully this is a solid proof point on the proven science of jinxes eh Scrappy?

What’s not to like when your team wins a close one against a playoff rival ...a little verbal celebration is OK.....

Beal won’t be saying much though..but you never know because sometimes the best team doesn’t always win according to a Morriss twin ...

                  • I also want to say, Beal has always been the Wiz' best player. Wall gets all the hype bec he was a former 1st overall pick. Kind of like in Toronto. Matthews gets all the hype but Marner really is the Leafs best player.

Yes, they did. Raps got too Kawhi-centric down the stretch and in OT but they scored when it mattered.

Wiz just got hot from three and Raps kept turning it over. Only reason it was close.

Incorrect. Wall was a budding superstar but he’s slowed down with injuries and time. Wall was brilliant for a three-four year stretch. Beal has never impacted games like Wall was capable of. Beal is just now coming into his prime so we will see.

Upgraded to Walmart. But still, one game, man. We just faced Beal in the playoffs last year and he was 'okay'.
Dude as per one of the above posts he is averaging 32/7 over 12 games on a 58%TS.

It's hard to find dynamic players like that. If we are struggling to close games against a team as bad as the Wizards, how are we going to look vs the Celtics or the Warriors? Especially when they double Kawhi and we can't be sure whether Kyle will score in the clutch?

Sure, would love Beal, but some of those trade ideas are crazy. You give up Siakam and you're just shuffling deck chairs. He's become a big-time a winning player.
