      The last thing I expect they'll do is burn at this point... They finally hired an analytics team in the summer. If they do rebuild, it'll finally be a proper one, one that actually properly values players and draft picks.

            They can't, his contract is basically un-buyout-able. Also he has an NMC so you can't trade him. Also there's 5 years left on his contract. Also he's get paid $5.25 per.

            I think he'll end up getting the deed to MLSE before he gets out of town.

                          They did set a franchise record for biggest losing streak ever though...


                          But the last time the Leafs had this big of a losing streak, they went on a 10 game unbeaten run and won the Cup that year! (1966-67)

                                Wow, Buffalo wanted Evander Kane very badly. I didn't see that situation getting resolved so well (for the Jets) so quickly at all.
