Sorry for the delayed response, James. I'm still figuring out how this thing works and didn't realize I had messages. You ask a good question. I'm thinking Larry Brown would be a handful for Colangelo but he's definitely the better coach. However, the Raps already have PJ in their back pocket already - I say give him the job and stop messin' around with Triano. I can't tell you how passionate I am about the need for an immediate coaching change. Triano is NOT NBA level. I know players that used to play for him at SFU and they're shitting themselves that the guys got an NBA gig. Only in Canada, I guess. I'm sure he's coach because 1) he's loved by Colangelo's boss(es) at MLSE and 2) he'll do exactly what Colangelo tells him, no questions asked.

Jeff Van Gundy would probably take a coaching gig here if we were to pay his price tag. Even he's a significant upgrade from Triano.
