19 is a stretch, but I think there is no way he lasts past the 1st round unless some major red flag emerges between now and the draft.

Napier should be ready to play in a rotation as a combo guard next November. Great NCAA player with two rings. I see him as a Kemba Walker 2.0 as a ceiling and Jarryd Bayliss 2.0 as a floor.

I kind of see Napier as a Monta Ellis type...if he accepts a sixth man role and learns to get to the rim and score like crazy off the PnR he will have a good career
