Also this is totally unrelated to anything...but I love watching Philly play. So much energy and ball movement. Rookie coach is absolutely killing it.
Assistant under Pop for 10 years I think. That's a vet to me.

Very true. I see a lot of similarities actually. Such aggressive help D, it almost looks like they're playing zone.

Just when I think the Knicks cannot be dumb and delusional at the same time a trade with the Nuggets is proposed. Now, why would the Nuggets be wanting to help the Knicks out when the Knicks owe the Nuggets their 2014 1st rounder and jeopardize it's position.
According to Woj, NY proposed the deal and Denver flatly declined, there were no discussions beyond that

I know people like Farried, but he would actively make the Knicks worse, not better. He's an all-offense player and the Knicks desperately need D - so they're shopping Shump, one of the few defense-oriented players they have, mostly because Dolan hates him.

I can't believe they are selling that game versus as a good one.

"Raps are very dangerous offensively" - Grizzlies pre-game show.

                Be careful.

Why doesnt Dolan like Shump? Actually Faried is even limited on offense in as much he's only a putback type player (no j or post game). My point also was that the Knicks misread how manimal can /not help them but they do need front court help to hold Bargs hand. I think Shump has also lost some lateral movement as well on d (his leg oper. which may take some more time). In anycase the post above yours indicates that Denver rejected the swap.

Get ready for Jv's big first quarter... followed by the disappearance the rest of the game. (Not his fault)
