Errr not so sure on that... He may not express it publicly or use social media like many guys his age do, but I don't think he's immune to how the fans see him. I find it hard to believe as someone in his 20's that he feels the same way when fans in San Antonio were booing him loudly vs the fans here chanting his name in the games and in the parade.

Kawhi could be very well be autistic. He reminds me a lot of some people and kids I know. Not sure if that is the same as being a sociopath. Lack of empathy is a double-edge sword. It enables some autistic people to be exceptional at their chosen fields because of their ability to block out external influences, focus and perfect their skills.
