How much capspace do we currently have?

I love the signing personally. He brings a lot of what we need. My issue is how are we going to fix the starting pf position. And if Ross and Johnson are traded to do so how are we going to replace both those positions? Because I don't think we will have enough money to do so. Anyone have any REALISTIC ideas?

We are a starting big away from a deep playoff team IMO

Well, backcourt is still deep, younger, which I love, and more defensive minded. My guess is we sign some cheap PF for a year-only deal and give PPat the starting reigns... For this year, I'm fine with that. I would rather that than sacrifice assets for someone like Taj Gibson who is good, but old and doesn't move the needle that much.

this officially prices us out of Faried. Gibson is literally our only obtainable option now, unless we start 2Pat and chase a backup 4

I'm ok with starting Patterson for a season if only it is as a stop gap situation. Dude has stated he wanted a starting PF position and maybe we give him a shot?

We have dramatically increased our defensive capabilities around him and hopefully we don't have him running out to the 3 as often so maybe his rebounding gets better...

Need a backup PF though unless it is JJ (which I am fine with)

I really hope we keep JJ but I doubt he ever finds his way into the rotation again with Casey at the helm and believe he's getting traded.
