RE: Portis / Wright. On draft night we had Kyle at the 1 and Amir and Pat at the 4. I think most assumed that Amir wasn't coming back (Ujiri must have known - likely). That would leave Pat our only 4. Just like we signed Cojo in the offseason, we did so with Scola.

So when selecting Wright, we really had Kyle at the 1 and Pat at the 4. PF really seemed like the position in need. I don't know how hard it would be to sign a Sessions / Lin type to back up Kyle, but I imagine not very.

It's obviously too early to know but the PF spot is our thinnest position. For Ujiri to not even talk to Portis is puzzling.

Biz is great for 18-20 minutes per game.

More than that you're playing with fire.

This game he paid off. We've seen games where he has most certainly not.

And don't forget the blown bunny counter: 48

Also, now 13-4 when Ross plays 20+ minutes, 7-9 when he doesn't.
    That's an interesting, unexpected stat

Im not boosting him more than what he already is... He's good, a great backup. But Not a great backup to JV .. Thats the point im making.

Maybe he's a great starter. Let's see how things go as the season carries on.
Are you sure about that? Certainly doesn't seem that way based on what you wrote...

Dude idk if your trolling or not. But I remember you from last season and mostly in agreement with all which you say as a raptor fan

But those + / - stats are total crap

Biz > JV all day. He's simply a better basketball player. JV has no athleticism , unfortunately has no value either in todays game IMO

Raps 19-3 now when they 7hold an opponent under 100. Have won 14 straight as well when they do that too. Like I said in the last game thread they should make this a goal every game.

dude, all you're saying is "the goal of this game is to make the opposing team score the least possible!"

i think you'd be hard-pressed to find ANY .500+ team in the nba that doesn't have a winning record when they keep opposing team scoring below 100.

    its pretty common sense.
