Just business.... Indy is the 25th largest TV market...and Toronto doesn't register

South Florida is 13th and Charlotte is 24th...

So .. pretty easy choice who gets ESPN vs NBA-TV....eyeballs count

BUT... we get a normal start time.....
There's no such thing as a 2nd round bust.

How many eyeballs watch in Canada? That must count towards something

Not really, since Canadians don't see the American ads.

Correct me if I'm wrong I could be off base
The advertisers on TV commercials pay the network...the more viewers watching the network , the more the network makes, and the more the NBA will charge them for their rights to air. The NBA makes money off the TV deal, not the advertisers on the TV.

You poor things in Ontario who had to watch WHILE eating supper lol

Here in Alberta our start time went from normal 5:30 to 4:00, while we were still at work or just getting off

Aren't there only a few hundred thousand viewers per Raptor broadcast?

I think it was ~650k in game 1, haven't seen numbers since.
