Wouldn't count on it. I mean I can imagine it being awkward for Masai, but it has been a couple of seasons now, surely he must see this, Casey has no influence on the game WHATSOEVER, might as well play w/o coach.

Those last few plays perfectly display JV's defensive shortcomings. He's just so slow getting out to help.

When JV and Ibaka were more aggressive with their help, Thompson got alley-oops.

JV also had several blocks contests that saved buckets earlier. Your big man can't always bail you out. Not that many Ben Wallace-type defenders in the history of the league.

You have to take the good with the bad. Ibaka hasn't exactly been stellar tonight defensively. And for tonight at least, we've been generally better playing big.
