Philly for a young team is so composed - just beat the Heat 2 straight on the ROAD. Toronto on the other hand is STILL trying to figure how to not get blown out on the road.

Philly played terrible; their own coach said as much.

But Miami missed 12 free throws (shot 52% there) and gave up almost 20 offensive rebounds in a must win game at home which they were leading in. That's inexcusable.

Really curious how the Celtics would deal with them. My gut says the Sixers would run them over but if Smart is back, and Stevens can game plan a way to defend Embiid, the Celts might have an outside chance.

That would be kind of ironic after all of the season's ups and downs if we ended up playing Boston in the eastern final. But Philly just seems to have so many weapons. I've posted about them periodically since one of our early games; how they were young but seemed to have a certain swagger. Since then with Embiid as a full time player and with the gang of outside shooters they've collected they are much better. A zillion turnovers today which has been a season long flaw but they could conceivably win the east or even the championship. It's like a young Shaq and young Magic with a bunch of seasoned pros. I'm no fan of them at all but they just seem really, really good.
