                  Don't care. So long as he's fit to play, any Fred is better than no Fred at this point. At minimum, it will be a big confidence boost and cohesiveness to the bench, which they sure need.

                                Not sure about time. Somebody matched £50,000 bet(betting exchange, not Vegas) on Raptors +1.5, so that likely happened before Porter news.
