Literally, the first 6 or 7 minutes of the 4th (or whatever), the Bench mob comes out, goes on an 11-2 run, a 5-point deficit is now like a 4 to 6 point lead.
The bench was dominating mostly Wizards starters. (Wall came back out precisely 27 seconds into the 4th). Where have we seen that before? Hm. Maybe in about one-quarter to one-third (or far more) of our regular season games. That was one of the biggest narratives all season. Which had unfortunately been lacking entirely so far this series.
Having a healthy and productive bench mob is what makes our team so potent. Bench was ineffective most of the series until this game.
With Freddy running the bench, you just sense that confidence that extends to the entire mob. Literally all 5 guys playing fast, tough defense, cool and collected, the Wizards were obviously outmatched by them to start the 4th.
I feel like with our full bench unit, we are really a different team. If Fred stays healthy for rest of this playoffs, and other guys do too, I feel really... really.... good going forwards.

Besides that, Raps were obviously the better team, especially defensively. Some dumb turnovers, missed shots they should've made at times, but obviously outplayed them for the majority of this series from any standpoint.

The difference between bench unit for first 5 games of this series, and bench mob including Freddy, was literally like night and day. An ineffective and indecisive incoherent scattering of individuals, versus a well-oiled machine.
Man, if Fred just does that for us for the rest of this playoffs, we've got a really good thing going. I'm just so happy right now.

Great point.
