C'mon guys, like 2/3rds of the team is in a slump right now and we are pinning it all on Casey? Like Lowry, Patterson, Ross, Williams, Vazquez are all playing well below where they should be and have been previously.
(Don't bother responding, I'll do it for you: Hey, it's Casey's job to make sure they play well. By the way, when they start winning, the talent of the players completely bail him out, and he's just doing the bare minimum of his job making him play that well.)That is a normal collar. Move on, find a new slant.

SamMitchells wrote: View PostCasey is a racist as well toward JV. Jonas is playing like an All Star when you allow him to play HIS game( not Casey's game) but they refuse to go to him on plays he likes.
Casey doesn't have patience for young players, not white ones. He had a quick hook for Ed Davis. He gives minutes to weirdos like Vasquez and Hansbrough, and Val has played more minutes than Amir anyway.
In terms of calling plays, that just speaks to Casey's rigid mindset... players have very defined roles for Casey, and they don't deviate from that. Val is mostly a garbageman, Ross is a spot-up shooter, Lou is the iso-master at the end of quarters. Has nothing to do with black or white.
But most importantly... Dwane is married to a white woman, Brenda.

Could care less whether Casey gets fired or not. Not going to rant one way or another. MU has a much better handle on what's going on than we do . There are coaches out there and this is a pretty damn good opportunity for any available coach - they'd be crazy to at least not think long and hard.If we knew half as much about coaching an NBA team as we think, we"d know twice as much as we do.

They are going to be a first round out regardless.
At least this way their first round draft pick goes in to the teens.
Current Raps are reminiscent of the Milwaukee Bucks "Fear the Deer" of a few years back. Great slogan, feel good story - but ultimately unsustainable.

But he can put them in a better position to put the ball in the net.
It is on him for their style of play. If players are doing what he is asking, he is an idiot. If players aren't doing what he is asking, he is a bad coach with no accountability or deserving of player's respect.
That is just offense. The defense is broke. He has been found out. Any team that wasn't previously aware how to beat it surely know after reading Lowe's breakdown.

Watching Casey in his postgame interview I felt he was somewhat mystified with the beatdown and also came across scared/nervous with the team's performance. Scary if he cant pull them out of it. Lowry (it starts with him) is just not playing well ...for some reason.
