The guy I had slotted Saturday was lights out scoring. So tempting but I already have enough offensive power. Marion can do enough on offense and has always been a good complementary off the ball player

Yeah kinda in the same mindset of finding versatile players to fill multiple bench roles rather than just BPA.

Going to be interested to see who Dan pegs as his starting PG. had Billips in mind but now I'm thinking Rondo (to go with his all defence line up).

The Matrix and other things

I might have been able to get Marion in the next round but the way this draft is going he might have went in the next couple picks. Marion was the perfect compliment. He could do so much, but reigned it in and played the role his coaches wanted him to play on defense, on the glass, in the open court, in the paint, from long range, you name it. A very underrated player who deserved to win multiple defensive awards. I think he was snubbed because he played on those Suns teams who gave up a lot of points despite his great defensive play. I think he'll land in the hall of fame, perhaps first ballot:

• 2011 World Champion
• 19th all time in steals
• 24th all time in defensive boards
• 27th all time in defensive win share
• 52nd all time in blocks
• 75th all time in scoring

Exactly. I have Ewing and Mutombo at the five. Ewing and Marion at the four. At the three I have Bryant, Baylor, Penny and Marion. At the two guard spots I have Bryant and Penny.
